Full Job Description
This position is subject to the successful completion of an employment background check. Primary Purpose of Position
CAPS is in search of a full time administrative support specialist to provide support for payroll, student scheduling and records maintenance, graduate assistant supervision, clinic and operational budget support, webpage maintenance, and travel and material purchasing, in addition to executing and supervising all front office operations for the clinic. CAPS has 7 full time professional staff, as well as 4-7 graduate level interns, 2-3 practicum students, and 2 Graduate Assistants each academic year.
Job Description
This position oversees the function of the front reception desk, triage in the waiting room, answers phones and coordinates all providers schedules. Included in this role is coordinating other office and administrative tasks specific to overall office functioning as needed such as: coordinating travel, assistance in managing budgets (purchase orders, transfers, vendor information,etc.), and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
This position is classified as Mandatory Personnel: Employees whose presence has been determined to be mandatory to University operations during certain types of adverse weather or emergency events.
