Handling urgent tickets through our support system in a timely manner
Greeting clients and visitors as needed
Organizing and maintaining office common areas
Performing general office duties, file management, and errands
Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations as needed
Handling incoming calls and other communications
Recording notes as needed
Coordinating events as necessary
Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment
Experience as a virtual assistant
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
requirements:
High school diploma or Associate’s degree
Proficient with Word processing and Excel applications
Valid driver’s license
