Operations: Permitting and Interconnection
Mayer Solar is rapidly expanding following the recent acquisition of another company. We are a dynamic and growth-focused organization in the Solar sector. We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity for growth and development in the exciting field of operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Provide support to the operations team, including ensuring projects have a perfect packet.
Learn and grow within the organization with the potential to advance.
Manage onboarding processes.
Handle notices to proceed from lenders.
Clear lender stipulations.
Submit CAD and engineering documents to engineers.
Coordinate adders.
Respond to lender inquiries and requests.
Complete compliance check on deal.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales operations-oriented role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Basic knowledge of Google Office Suite.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
