JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for preparing and maintaining location documentation and providing administrative support to Location Personnel.

Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Maintain document libraries in both printed and electronic forms
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies
Special projects or assignments as directed by management

Education, Training, Experience:
Office Administration certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: None required

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Intermediate Language Skills Mathematical Skills and Intermediate Reasoning Ability.
Strong verbal and written skills
MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines
Ability to build solid working relationships with customers, vendors, and interface with associates in all departments including HQ and other branches

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

Asherton, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
