Opal Autism Centers has an immediate opening for an Administrative & Technical Support Specialist. As we continue to expand our reach by opening centers across the U.S., we’re excitedly growing our team! This role is currently remote with the potential to transition into a hybrid role in the future.

**Who You Are:**

You’re a dynamic, self-motivated individual eager to support our mission by providing exceptional support and troubleshooting for CentralReach, a leading software in the ABA field, and assisting our executive team with various projects. Your role will also encompass front-office duties, acting as the welcoming voice of Opal Autism Centers and facilitating smooth operations across our centers.

**What You’ll Do:**

Your role as a Administrative & Technical Support Specialist will be vital to our operations, encompassing two primary areas:

– CentralReach and other IT Troubleshooting:

You’ll become an expert in CentralReach and other platforms, providing invaluable support to our team by solving software issues, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating seamless operations across our centers.

– Executive Assistance and Reception:

Beyond your technical duties, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients and callers, offering administrative support to our admin team, and ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient environment.
