About the Role:
As an Assistant Office Administrator/Client Care Coordinator, you will support management with daily office tasks, oversee care coordination, support business growth, and serve as a key liaison between clients, families, and caregivers. This role combines administrative services and caregiver coordination to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Type: This is a part-time position that will evolve into a full-time job.
What You’ll Do:
Support daily office operations, ensuring that a professional workplace is maintained.
Coordinate care services customized to meet client needs, including caregiver assignments and scheduling.
· Promptly and appropriately responds to schedule conflicts, emergencies, and “call outs”.
· Complete next business day/weekend schedules before the end of each business day.
· Support staff onboarding, orientation, training, development, and retention.
· Prepare documentation for submission to the payroll, HR, and bookkeeping company.
Maintain accurate records, schedule client visits, and oversee service delivery.
Serve as a communication hub for clients and caregivers.
· Manage scheduling operations, such as caregiver placement, case coverage, and off-hour support.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required. A relevant college education/degree is a plus.
· Experience in office management or administration (health-related environment is a plus).
· Tech-savvy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn and effectively operate software programs quickly. Axis Care experience preferred.
· Must be willing to gain a thorough understanding of regulations regarding the homecare industry.
· Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
· Ability to Commute: Arlington, TX 76018.
