Role Description
We are seeking a part time (30 hours/week) Administrator to join our team at Citadel Wealth. This is a flexible on-site position, located in Davie, FL. The position includes coordinating schedules, filing, maintaining records, assisting with client on boarding and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking to enter the world of financial services or anyone who has children in school and need a role that can work around those responsibilities. The position will have a 90 day trial at $15.00 hour and potential for increases upon successful completion of trial period.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills, scheduling, record-keeping, filing, assisting with client on boarding and organization
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in business administration is a plus
