Role Description
This is a full time on site Administrator role based in Preston. The Administrator will be responsible for managing day to day administrative tasks, including; maintaining records, managing communication channels such as emails and calls and supporting the operational efficiency of the team. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and assisting with project coordination and data management.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage schedules, documentation and administrative workflows efficiently
- Proficiency in using office management and productivity software, including; Microsoft Office Suite and our CRM
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping and reporting
- Experience in customer service or client communication is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination role is essential
- Familiarity with the fire and security industry or technical service environments is a plus
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem solving and stakeholder engagement
