HSB Resources is a growing professional services business supporting major infrastructure, energy and industrial projects across Australia. As our consultancy and contractor workforce continues to grow, we’re looking for a capable and organised Part-Time Administrator to support the team from our Brisbane office.
This is an internal role and would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and brings a calm, practical approach to administration.
The role:
Working closely with our leadership and consulting teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Compiling and formatting proposals and client documentation
- Mobilisation and onboarding of consultants
- Managing onboarding requirements and documentation
- Supporting basic accounting and administrative finance tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal processes
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable working across a range of tasks. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in administration, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment
- Confidence compiling professional proposals and documents
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
