We’re looking for a proactive administrator, ideally with experience in property, construction, or financial services, but strong transferable skills will also be considered.

Your Responsibilities

Supporting the senior management team with administrative tasks

Managing databases, filing, and data entry

Handling enquiries and stakeholder communications

Liaising with utility companies, managing invoices, post, and bills

Providing PA support to the CEO

Preparing and organising O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals for construction projects

Coordinating diaries, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth office operations

Ordering supplies and overseeing office upkeep

Representing the company at networking events
