An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced administrator to join our friendly and supportive admin team, as part of the Talking Therapies Service at Bradford District Care Foundation Trust.

The post will involve providing admin support to support clinicians in the delivery of care to the communities of Bradford, Airedale and Craven who require support for mild to moderate mental health conditions.

The main duties of the role will involve handling telephone and email enquiries from service users and professionals and the management of our waiting lists.

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work. Excellent IT and typing skills and an awareness of confidential issues is essential.

You will need to demonstrate good organisational skills, work well within a team yet also be able to work independently. Good

interpersonal skills and to be committed to providing a high standard of service.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills; in particular the use of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in organising and creating material for meetings and events, monitoring deadlines, and

general ability to be flexible to the needs of the Infection Prevention Team.

The successful candidate would benefit from experience in managing competing priorities and conflicting demands.

Good communication skills are essential. The post holder will be able to build strong

internal relationships with the clinical teams we support and other colleagues.
