We are a vibrant and growing Wealth Management Practice and we are looking for a bright, enthusiastic administrator to join us in our Aberdeen office. This position is advertised on a full time basis. Salary and terms are negotiable and will depend on experience.
Role:
To provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers and assist with the daily operation of the office. Liaising with clients via multiple communication methods, ensuring a positive client experience. Experience in an administrative role in the financial services industry is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided to the successful candidate. This role also includes the opportunity to study towards a Diploma in Financial Planning.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload. You must be able to work with total discretion at all times. You will demonstrate a professional, proactive and positive attitude. The office based role requires you to work both individually and as part of a team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
•     Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Partner/Practice Manager;
•     Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication;
•     Liaise with clients and third parties in relation to the Partner’s Practice and act as the first point of contact for client administrative queries;
•     Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation;
•     Ensure that files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms;
•     Process applications accurately and record the required management information;
•     Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner;
•     Maintain existing business with current clients, and grow business relationships with current clients;
•     Deliver, promote and enhance the business’s client-facing strategy and one-to-one interactions with its clients to ensure all clients of Gregor Howitt Wealth Management Ltd receive a first-class client experience;
•     Adhere to strict regulatory timescales and manage multiple deadlines accordingly;
•     Develop an understanding of the principles of consumer duty, to ensure positive outcomes for all clients.
Based in our office on Queens Road, Aberdeen, the candidate will be part of a successful, growing, St. James’s Place Senior Partner Practice.
