Job description

Assist and coordinate business meetings locally and abroad. Schedule appointments, prepare materials and make arrangements for meetings as and when required

Manage flights, accommodation & visa arrangements for all employees and visiting guest

Support in company events as and when required, ie arrange birthday parties, rooms & meals for internal trainings

Manage seasonal gift hampers and greeting cards to business associates

Support the Company and the commercial team in organizing company events as and when required

Arrange company driver’s working schedule

Ensure company car is in good condition and send for regular service and cleaning

Undertake ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the Director and line managers as and when required

Job specification

Professional Secretarial Certificate or Diploma in a related discipline

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and proven good track record

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded, proactive and independent

Assertive, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
