Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for Operations Coordinator for a growing company based near to Caerphilly.

You will be playing a key role with supporting the wider departments with administration duties, booking in field service visits and dealing directly with customers.

This client started as a family run business and has now grown to over 70. There are progression opportunities if you would like it and the opportunity to be part of a fantastic culture with lots of team events.

This is an office based role where you will be working

in the office Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities & day to day duties

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, coordinating field service visit bookings and call-outs

Manage engineers’ calendars using bespoke client service management software

Take ownership of key account management, ensuring excellent service and communication

Attend client meetings (weekly, monthly, and annually) to support contract reviews as required

Liaise effectively with Project Managers, the Contracts Manager, and subcontractors to support small works and projects

Handle incoming telephone calls, respond to client queries, and manage messages or requests promptly and professionally

Deliver administrative support across services, working closely with clients, suppliers, internal sales, and technical teams

Assist in implementing field service management software by accurately updating and maintaining databases

Skills & experience required.

Strong administration and coordination experience, including Microsoft Office and field service management tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to bespoke software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

Customer-focused approach, demonstrating empathy, tact, and professionalism in all interactions.

Adaptable and flexible, able to handle demanding situations and changing priorities while maintaining high service standards.

Well-organised under pressure, capable of prioritising tasks and working methodically to meet deadlines.

Benefits package

Salary of £24,375

Hours are 7 hours between 8am – 5pm

31 days annual leave including bank holidays. 3 days taken at Christmas
