Role Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

Utilising platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage with candidates within the legal domain.

Crafting engaging messages to initiate connections and generate interest.

Aiding consultants in establishing and managing candidate pipelines.

Maintaining accurate candidate databases and organizing candidate information efficiently.

Offering general administrative assistance to the recruitment team as required.
