Job purpose
Â
We are looking for a positive, proactive and organised administrator to join our Awarding Body team. The role holder will work as part of the team to provide administrative support to the business, and to help provide the most efficient and effective service to our candidates, members and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
·        To complete quarterly exam entry processes, invoicing, queries and entry of details onto internal database
·        Complete quarterly clerical checking and results processing onto internal database
·        Complete weekly result processing
·        Completion of databased marks from weekly and quarterly results
·        Posting of results, weekly and quarterly with all associated processes
·        Assist with documentation for Assessment Board and standardisation meetings
·        Maintain the archiving policy
·        Weekly PO number reconciliation for Training Providers
·        Assisting with exam queries regarding qualifications, booking and assessment
·        Providing voucher codes for exams
·        Assisting with the review and development of exam questions (including practice exam questions)
·        Providing support with suspected malpractice, exemptions admin and reasonable adjustments
·        Holding conversations with candidates and their employers/training providers to support their progression and qualification achievement

Successful candidates will have these qualities:
Â
·        Possession of relevant qualifications at Level 2 or above (inc Maths & English)
·        Experience of working within an office based customer service or business administration function
·        Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
