The Role
An excellent opportunity exists for an Administrator to provide a high level of administration support to the Operations Team. We offer a unique opportunity for you to join an innovative and dynamic team along with the ability to assess and implement improvement initiatives through the department. This is a permanent, residential role and comes with the option of a 5:2 (8-hour day) roster or a 5:2, 4:3 (9-hour day) roster.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Coordinating department travel arrangements including onboarding travel and FIFO
Booking and coordination of visitors for site visits
Credit card and purchase order reconciliation
Developing and applying administrative systems and processes for continuous improvement
Liaising with the administration team across site on ad hoc and planned projects
Collating and organising information for use in presentations and reports
Co-ordinating and liaising with external stakeholders
The successful candidates will be and/or have the ability to obtain:
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and high problem-solving skills
Previous experience in administration or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
Excellent customer service delivery and organisational skills
The ability to meet set deadlines and prioritise activities where required
