Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator located in Abu Dhabi. The Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, handling communication between departments and supporting various operational functions. The role also includes preparing reports, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in office software and documentation management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in coordinating and scheduling meetings
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
Knowledge of industry-specific practices and regulations is advantageous
