Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Administrator will oversee office operations, manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace. They will coordinate schedules, manage correspondence, organize meetings, and provide support to team members to improve operational efficiency and workflow. This position also involves assisting in the development of operational procedures and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Organizational and Time-Management skills, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Administrative Tools and Technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, file management systems, and general office software
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to identify and address operational challenges efficiently
- Detail-Oriented and Multi-Tasking abilities to streamline office processes and ensure accuracy in tasks
- Familiarity with compliance standards and the ability to draft and implement operational policies is a plus
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is desirable
