Looking for a Administrator (Admin) with the following requirements.
Role Purpose/Summary
•Provide administrative support with regards to document control and data processing operations in accordance with the document control procedures, and work instructions.
•Maintain and organize department documents, control incoming as well as outgoing documents and appropriately record the document flow to ensure that all documents are available and easily accessible when needed.
•Handle all documents and information with utmost professionalism to ensure that involved parties are being updated while maintaining the confidentiality of the information.
•Maintain updated records of all approved documents and distributions in order to keep accurate and up-to-date information for current or future business decisions.
•Independently draft required documents (e.g. memos, letters, reports, forms, presentations, etc.) and emails and coordinate required correspondence, respond according to received instructions to ensure effective communication as well as accuracy of the information provided.
•Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda packages, record and produce formal minutes and related correspondence for meetings, ensuring timely distribution of materials.
•Other tasks as assigned by colleagues or Management.
Requirements and Skills
•Excellent proficiency in the English language; verbal and written
•Extremely high level proficiency in all MS Office applications

•Active, enthusiastic, quick learner are essential qualities
•Should be able to take initiative and work independently
•Excellent time management skills
