Following successfully securing some large contracts we are looking to add to our administration department.

Ladrillos Facilities Limited specializes in compliance maintenance services, offering planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and installations of mechanical and electrical services, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and lightning protection. The company has a network of highly skilled operatives supporting operations in various locations.

Role Description

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our rapidly expanding compliance company. 

Based in Fareham the successful candidate will not only be a team player but also able to work on their own initiative with a responsible, and flexible ‘can do’ attitude. With the ability to not only prioritise their workload but multitask when required.

Experience/Skills

·        Sound organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage time accordingly.

·        Ability to communicate effectively at all levels to liaise with sub-contractors, contractors and clients alike.

·        IT skills –able to work confidently with Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook and Excel. 

·        General administrative tasks including:-

                                            I.           Preparation and submission of quotations.

                                          II.           Scheduling of engineers/sub-contractors

                                        III.           Processing of invoices

Salary and hours negotiable to the right candidate.
