Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloper Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and onboard leading developers and high-potential projects across Dubai
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers such as Emaar, Damac, Binghatti, etc.
  • Position Throne Properties as a preferred sales partner through impactful presentations and negotiations
  • Secure exclusive deals, priority inventory access, special offers, and marketing support
  • Develop long-term partnerships that create a competitive advantage

Broker & International Partnership Growth

  • Build and expand relationships with local and international brokerage firms
  • Establish cross-border partnerships to generate high-quality investor leads
  • Collaborate with global networks to promote Dubai real estate internationally
  • Unlock new revenue streams through strategic alliances

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, pricing strategies, and developer activity
  • Monitor competitor movements and identify market gaps
  • Provide actionable insights to support management decisions
  • Assist in campaign launches, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies

Events, Roadshows & Exposure

  • Plan and execute international roadshows, exhibitions, and local events
  • Represent Throne Properties at investor events and global platforms
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with developers to maximize exposure

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Align on inventory, pricing, and target audience strategies
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM systems

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track KPIs related to partnerships, developer onboarding, and lead generation
  • Prepare detailed reports for management review
  • Continuously optimize strategies to improve performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development within Dubai real estate
  • Strong network or prior experience working with developers and brokerages
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
