About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Aylesbury. This role supports our mortgage advisors and ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll work in a hybrid setup (mix of office and remote), with flexibility on full-time or part-time hours depending on your availability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to support client applications
Handle diary management, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate records and perform data entry
Prepare client documentation and assist mortgage advisors with case progress
Provide professional and friendly support to clients throughout their journey
Who You Are
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Clear communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Able to manage tasks independently and thrive in a collaborative environment
Professional, approachable, and committed to client satisfaction
Experience in the financial, insurance, or mortgage industry is a strong advantage
A degree in Business Administration or similar is a plus (but not required)
