On behalf of our client, Harper Finley are recruiting an Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. This role will work closely with internal teams, including Finance, Supply Chain and Planning. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration processes, coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate records. Prior experience working in an administration role is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinating inventory movements and assisting with regular stock reconciliations

Acting as a central point of contact between departments like Finance, Supply Chain and Planning.

Preparing weekly reports and helping analyse performance

Supporting the Financial Controller with administrative tasks and ad-hoc reporting

Streamlining office processes and ensuring our systems and data stay accurate and up to date

Liaising with suppliers and customers to keep things on track and moving

Managing general office duties to keep our operations smooth and efficient.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

2+ years of experience in an administration role.

Good IT Skills, confident with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

Full time, permanent contract

€35,000 – €40,000

This is a fully onsite role
