Salary –£22,000-£26,000 p/a – Flexible depending on experience

Location –Chester city centre, Flexible hybrid working

Working hours –Mon-Fri / Part-time or Full-time flexible office hours

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Providing first point-of-call customer service.

Client liaison and phone/email queries

Providing pricing quotations and breakdowns

Supporting with new jobs, setting up on system and delegating work

Assist with data entry and record keeping, ensuring accurate andup-to-dateinformation.

Supporting finance functions such as support with invoicing

Support administratively with projects.

Collaborate with different departments, effectively communicating and assisting where necessary.

Desired Skills:

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Strongattention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Exceptionalcommunication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstratingflexibilityandadaptability.

Previous experience in a similar administrative role would be advantageous.
