ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT (Marketing Coordinator) (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT positions.

Location:

Job Summary

Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer telephones and direct inquiries professionally.

Maintain confidential personnel files.

Assist management with employment and labor documents.

Assist with staffing, including finding staff on short notice.

Work effectively with co-workers, school personnel, parents, and supervisors.

Maintain records of students eligible for free/reduced lunches if applicable.

Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.

Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.

Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bid specifications.

Reconcile monthly vendor statements.

Prepare monthly state reimbursement claims.

Assist in preparing end-of-month financial reports.

Attend in-service and safety meetings as required.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.
