My client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of electro-mechanical products for a range of industries are in search of an Administrator to join their well-established team, on a 3-month contract, to support with ongoing projects.

The Responsibilities:
General administrative tasks

Scanning and coping

Inputting data onto electronic systems

Filing documentation

The Applicant must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Upkeep of systems

Liaising with customer and internal teams

The Candidate:
Good IT Skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.

Flexibility and ability to work off own initiative.

Extremely professional and with the ability to develop working relationships across all levels.

Advanced MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable:
Experience of working in an Administration environment
