Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Payroll Team. In this entry-level role, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in payroll administration and grow within a

Key Responsibilities

Processing weekly payroll and staff invoicing.

Managing deductions and manual pay calculations.

Working to strict deadlines in a

fast-paced environment

.

Liaising with contract workers, internal colleagues, and external partners.

Manually adding billings.

Producing weekly and monthly payroll reports.

Resolving payroll queries with internal teams and employees.

What You’ll Bring

* Strong

attention to detail

and a high level of accuracy.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.

* A

positive attitude

and willingness to learn.

* Previous experience in an administrative or payroll-related role is desirable but not essential.
