A fantastic temporary opportunity to work as part of a team to administer and manage pension requests. Part of a busy service and admin team, this role is to ensure that all transactions needed for the pension schemes are completed to the highest standard within the service levels agreed and that clients receive the best possible service.
You will be responsible to carry out administrative tasks, responding to requests within a busy inbox.
Dealing with specific administration, carrying out clear defined actives.
Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Ensure clients receive regular and
effective communication
.
Maintain and develop good business relationships with internal and external customers.
Ideally some experience of working in Financial Services or knowledge of pensions administration service would be advantegous
Good organisation skills, able to prioritise.
