We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to
join our team
. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing property operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management. Perform accurate data entry for tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
Maintain organised records of all property-related documentation. Respond to tenant inquiries via phone and email with
professionalism
and courtesy. Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in an office or administrative role, Strong data entry skills with
attention to detail
. Excellent phone etiquette and
communication skills
. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A proactive approach to
problem-solving
and customer service. No previous experience of working within property management is required. This is a full-time office based position working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
