Join our team at Askham Bryan Collegein York! We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to provide administrative support for our Accommodation, Conferencing and Transport Department

Salary: £23,160 – £23,815 per annum, pro rata on a fixed term contract

What you’ll do:

Assist with student accommodation and bus pass allocations

Help coordinate conferences and room bookings

Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors

Ensure smooth transport arrangements and handle event logistics

Manage key stock for residences and maintain accurate records

Show prospective clients around our facilities and assist with event coordination

What we’re looking for:

A positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Experience in customer service or office administration ‍

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel

A good eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Bonus points if you have:

Event or hospitality experience

Experience with database systems
