An opportunity for an Administrator has arisen with the local authorities on a 3-month contract
Pay Rate: £13.26 Per Hour (PAYE) plus Holiday pay.
Location:
TQ9 5NE
Working Hours:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Purpose:
The finance role mainly involves creditors’ input (experience preferred) and may include other aspects of the finance system.
Use of Microsoft Office functions (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc).
Dealing with customers, both internal and external.
Works with others in the team and manages workload independently.
Awareness and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. General Data Protection Regulations)
I work mainly from home, although office work in Totnes is an option. I am required to attend the office for occasional meetings, equipment set-up, or training.
All IT equipment is provided.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong
attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point
Good
communication
and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Experience with
office equipment such as scanners and copiers
Event planning and coordination skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of personnel
