Basildon Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator / Scheduler to join a growing and fast-paced business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on planning, coordination, and keeping operations running smoothly.
The Role:
You’ll play a central role in coordinating nationwide schedules, ensuring technicians are deployed efficiently and all operational activities are delivered on time. This is a busy, hands-on position where strong organisation and communication skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily schedules for field-based technicians Act as the main point of contact between office, engineers, suppliers, and customers Ensure all jobs are booked, tracked, and completed within deadlines Monitor workloads and adjust schedules to maximise efficiency Maintain accurate records, systems, and operational data Prepare reports and update job documentation as required Support the smooth running of operations through effective coordination and communication
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations support Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Good IT skills and experience using systems/databases Knowledge of UK geography (advantageous) What’s On
