Administrator – Site Job in Gold Coast QLD at Compass Group –

Compass Group are currently seeking the services of an Administration Assistant to work on the Snowy Hydro Project on a 14 & 7 roster, FIFO from Brisbane.

You will be responsible for:
Booking travel, collating time-sheets, working closely with a management team and completing any adhoc administration duties.

Proactively looking after guest security, safety and privacy

Actively contribute towards reaching agreed hotel targets and objectives

What we are looking for:
You will preferably have experience working in a role where they have completed travel bookings.

Someone who is highly experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.

High excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and demonstrated high initiative

A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously

Have the ability to communicate at all levels
