Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
3 rd Party
Uploading of employee codes and the follow through until the codes are received
Uploading of terminations, transfers until the call is closed
IT and My access issues with employee codes
Engagement with HR & the My Access team
Maintenance of 3 rd party credit register
Blueprint management
Tymebank Kiosk
Engagement with facilities for relocations
Assist with kiosk queries
Communication with Vas area managers for closures & revamps
General Admin & Compliance
Processing of Incentives
Weekly management of calls logged with facilities
Stock and cash queries from stores
Supplier stock queries
Qualifications And Experience
At least 3 years administration experience
Matric (Grade 12)
A thorough knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel)
A thorough knowledge of PowerPoint
