JOB TYPE:
6 Months Renewable contract
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide end-to-end administrative, coordination and operational support for diverse marketing and events activities.
- Support reporting and documentation, and maintenance of internal systems.
- Manage event registrations, admin briefs, volunteers, post-event feedback etc.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue, supplier, catering, equipment, AV, signage, transportation etc.
- Manage on-site set-up for events, problem solve issues, assist as necessary with ushering, registration and any gaps on the day.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any degree
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder and vendor management.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Able to navigate in a highly matrixed organisation.
