Position: Â AdminOffice Manager Dispatcher APPOs for a Construction CO
Location: Rio Linda
We are seeking a highly skilled admin tech with expertise in progress billing and extensive knowledge of Quick Books. Experience with construction RFI’s, CO’s, and PO’s is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage progress billing processes efficiently and accurately
Provide great customer service and phone skills
Utilize Quick Books to maintain financial records and generate reports
Provide Parts Purchasing support for multiple ongoing projects
Maintain reports for field supervisors and the CEO
Assist in running the office
Requirements:
Experience as a purchasing agent and familiarity with inventory programs
A/P processing of PO’s and RFI’s
Extensive experience working with Quick Books and proficiency in Excel and Word
Understanding of California prevailing wage laws and the Davis-Bacon Act is a plus
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment
