Role Overview

We are seeking a Administration Coordinator to support the Business Development and Operations Director by managing administrative processes and optimizing workflows. This role ensures smooth operations, structured coordination, and efficient execution of business development activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, highly disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining business development efforts as Q-Pros expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Assist with business operations, administration, and process management.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for strategic decision-making.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all contracts, proposals, and business agreements are properly documented, updated, and aligned with company policies.

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement process enhancements to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or communication

3-5 years of experience in business operations, administration, or process management within a business development or sales environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

A self-motivated and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
