We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
Manage schedules for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments effectively.
Handle vendor management tasks, including communication and contract negotiations.
Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
Answer phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Support team management by providing administrative assistance as needed.
Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of administrative processes and office management best practices.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and other office software applications.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in human resources or vendor management is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
