The Richmond Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for an Admissions Office Manager.

Essential Position Responsibilities/Functions:

Directly manage all Admissions office operations.

Supervise receptionist staff. Including the review and approval of timesheets and the completion of annual reviews.

Coordinate and set up Admissions events.

Support all functions of the Admissions department as needed.

Log in all daily admissions activities. This includes CRM and Banner.

Enter and update all leads and contact data in the CRM system on a timely basis (appointments, phone comments, interview comments, etc.).

Maintain enrollment log and visits log daily.

Process and enter all applications and newly enrolled students daily. Request transcripts and immunization history at the time a new student is enrolled in the computer system.

Review all enrollment paperwork and prepare enrollment folders for the Acceptance Committee. Make sure all applicable paperwork is submitted and completed by admissions representatives in accordance with current policies and procedures. Ensure acceptance letters are sent.

File and maintain new student folders in accordance with current directives.

Fill in as receptionist when needed.

Order office supplies, materials, and promotional items for department. Maintain an acceptable level of inventory needed to support the mission of the department.

Manage inventory of enrollment packets, applications, program packets and brochures to ensure an adequate supply is available.

Process correspondence for the Admissions Director as needed.

Perform all other duties assigned by the Admissions Director.

Qualifications:

Previous office management experience required.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
