Role Description The ADOS (Assistant Director of Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Sleman, responsible for supporting the hotel’s sales and revenue growth. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with corporate, group, and travel partners, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales proposals and contracts, conducting sales calls and site inspections, coordinating with the reservations and front office teams, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The ADOS will support the Director of Sales in achieving sales targets, preparing reports, and participating in promotional activities and events. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to ensure that guest and client needs are met and that service standards are upheld.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, business development, or a similar commercial role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with basic sales reporting, use of hotel or CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Customer-focused mindset, professional demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Sleman and occasionally outside standard business hours for events or client needs.
