Job Summary
The University of Colorado Boulder encourages applications for an Administrative Assistant for our Advancement team! The assistant operates as a key support member of the Alumni Association team and is a crucial part of the Office of Advancement at the University of Colorado Boulder. Under the guidance of the Executive Assistant coordinating operations, this position provides administrative support for a hard-working and collaborative alumni relations team and will work on a broad array of projects and tasks.
This position will perform administrative duties that are variable and complex in nature and is tasked with exercising a high level of discretion and confidentiality, especially as it relates to assigned responsibilities with donors, faculty, staff and other constituents. This role applies skills and knowledge in multiple administrative functions, but many responsibilities reflect a distinct Advancement and constituent engagement component.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of Forever Buffs Engagement and Outreach through calendaring, expense report creation, and travel planning.
Provide general administrative support to the Alumni Association team as detailed by the Executive Assistant overseeing operations.
Assist with new employee onboarding administrative tasks.
Assist with special projects.
Office Management
Procure office supplies and event materials.
Maintain mail room and common spaces.
Manage internal staff workplace documents such as staff phone list, remote work schedule, and office sign-up sheets.
