Role Description

This is a full-time Advisory Support role based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements.

The role involves supporting senior management and advisory operations in coordination, scheduling, communication, and administrative matters. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and appointments, managing correspondence and documents, liaising with client advisers, principals, compliance personnel, authorities, and subject matter experts, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational coordination across the ecosystem.

The position is suited for individuals who are organised, dependable, professional in communication, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving corporate environment.

General Requirements

• Strong organisational and coordination skills

• Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or related roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new productivity tools

• Comfortable learning and adapting to social media content creation, related platforms, and digital tools

• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and follow through on matters efficiently

• Experience in meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and operational coordination

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks independently

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally

• Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment

• Ability to read, write, and speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese

• Prior exposure to financial services, professional services, or corporate environments will be an added advantage

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid working environment

• Certain work-from-home days may be accommodated based on operational and coordination requirements

• Office located at 1Powerhouse, Bandar Utama

• Accessible via Bandar Utama MRT Station / 1 Utama Shopping Centre
