Position Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Order Entry Coordinator who provides help with job entry and tracking in Business Central, coordinating proposals in CRM, and assist with travel.

Some of the work that you will do:

Check Aftermarket sales orders for complete information

Enter jobs in Business Central and assign project managers

Serve as backup to Parts in box maintenance and proposal assignment administrator

Evaluate job contracts before management review

Provide travel and p-card support

Here are the skills that you need:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education.

One or more years of clerical or administrative support

Strong ability to attend to details.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with others in an office environment and maintain a positive attitude

Ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines in an efficient and effective manner

Strong customer service orientation

Here are the skills that will set you apart:

Relevant post-high school training, certification, or coursework

Knowledge of or experience with SharePoint, Business Central, MS Dynamics, Outlook

Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work at a computer/workstation for extended periods.

Some lifting may be involved, up to 30 pounds.

This job may involve: bending/stooping.

Comply with all safety regulations.
