Aftersales Administration Manager Job in Paris (75) at Volta Trucks –

Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for an Aftersales Administration Manager to assist us and lead the aftersales administrative service.

What you will do:

  • Providing Parts & Service admin support to Service Centres, Suppliers, and OEM Aftersales department within Volta Trucks
  • Assist the Support Managers in the compiling of technical information, Aftersales bulletins, recalls and campaigns and to publish these on the Aftersales platform for the Service Centre teams and Volta Trucks.
  • Analyse, correlate, document, process, update and track all campaigns, bulletins, service measure and recalls through a case management system and communicate the information to Engineering, Warranty, Maintenance & Servicing teams within VOLTA Trucks.
  • Assist Service Centre Teams with processors and the functionality of the Service Centre Systems of SSM, CRM and Mobile 24
  • Work with the Service Centre Management Teams and their Front Office Admin Teams on the Service Centre processors in order for Service Centres to deliver on their role expectations on ensuring a first-class customer experience
  • Responsible for administrative marketing and communications between Aftersales Department and the Service Centres by effective use of the aftersales department platform and to publish, store and update notices, changes, and all-time sensitive retail information on the platform such as recalls, parts and service baskets etc.

We would like you to have:

  • Service advisor/team leader background and must know Service Centre document processes. Automotive or related industry experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of OEM distributor, as well as Service Centre shop functions and practices.
  • The ability to solve problems, prioritize, delegate, and communicate with internal customers, suppliers, and External customers
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, systems, and database programs
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal in English. An additional language would be a plus.
