Job Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the aftersales department by managing service records, customer communications, and warranty claims. Ensure smooth coordination between service advisors, technicians, and parts teams.
Major Activities:
â–ª Plans and manages the aftersales operation to achieve predetermined operational targets by developing and analyzing business
plans in alignment with regional management
â–ª Maintain service and warranty records.
â–ª Process invoices and warranty claims.
â–ª Coordinate with customers on service updates and follow-ups.
â–ª Generate aftersales reports and support department operations
Qualification/Education, Experience, and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
▪ 2 years’ experience minimum in Retail Commercial Vehicle afterSales is preferred in a Managerial role.
Role-Specific Skills:
▪ Time Management: Efficiently managing one’s time and prioritizing tasks to
meet deadlines and objectives.
â–ª Monitoring and Implementation: Ability to monitor processes and ensure
â–ª Awareness and Problem-Solving: Being perceptive to situations and
effectively solving problems as they arise.
â–ª Problem Sensitivity: Identifying and understanding problems promptly.
â–ª Deductive Reasoning: Using logical reasoning to draw conclusions and solve
problems based on available information.
â–ª Knowledge of Business Functions: Understanding various business functions
and how they interrelate.
Language:
â–ª English, Chinese is a must.
