Job DescriptionThe opportunityThe Agency Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and ensure timely release of accurate reports for the team

Maintain and update various team databases for easy access of team members

Organize and file important company forms and documents

Support the team on its various events and initiatives

Answer and address general queries from other teams and business partners

Maintain team calendar, schedule meetings and appointments

Prepare reports and presentations as assigned

Learn the basics of various recruitment initiatives and programs

Arrange travel and accommodations of team members for off-site events

Consolidate and manage the team calendar.

Create e-posters for the team’s initiatives for cascade to business partners

Coordinate and work with other departments to get support and/or provide assistance as needed.

Draft and send regular communications to business partners regarding the team’s projects and initiatives.

Release approved reports to business partners on a regular basis.

What We Are Looking For

Graduate of bachelor’s degree

Strong knowledge on office processes and procedures

Highly experienced in MS Office and applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Detail-oriented and highly organized

High sense of business ethics and professionalism

Good communication and interpersonal skills
