  • Develop and execute the HR Strategy directly mapped to overall business objectives to support scalability and organizational growth.
  • Design, review, and implement group-wide HR policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance with evolving labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning, partnering with department heads to secure high-caliber talent for immediate and future needs.
  • Build and nurture a proactive, sustainable talent pipeline to minimize time-to-hire and ensure business continuity.
  • Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) across the group, managing goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and training to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Design and execute evidence-based employee engagement initiatives and relations frameworks to boost morale and maximize talent retention.
  • Administer competitive compensation, benefits, and payroll structures, utilizing regular market benchmarking to maintain internal equity and compliance.
  • Leverage HRIS platforms and workforce analytics to streamline core HR processes and drive objective, data-backed business decisions.
  • Prepare and present high-level HR dashboards, metrics, and strategic insights to senior management to guide organizational planning.
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain rigid HR service-level standards and operational KPIs to guarantee team efficiency and continuous improvement.

Admin Part

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Execute overall logistics operations and Admin related activities.
  • Resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
  • Develop organizational strategy encompassing human resource management, corporate planning, organizational performance and risk management, which will allow the organization to meet the vision and strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Maintain and control transport facilities at the office.
  • Develop HR & Admin head in effective formulation, updating, and implementation of Health & Safety practices at office premises
  • Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority from time to time.

  • Experience: At least 13 years
  • Education: master of business administration in human resource management
  • Skills: hr management, human resources, strategic hr, hr strategy, hris management, human resource planning, hr policy
