Role Description The AI Prompter is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on designing, testing, and refining prompts for AI models to ensure accurate, context-aware, and reliable outputs for intellectual property, publishing, and health training use cases. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing user needs, crafting prompt templates, running experiments with AI tools, and documenting best practices for prompt usage. The AI Prompter collaborates with consultants, editors, trainers, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into clear instructions for AI systems. The role also involves monitoring AI performance, suggesting improvements, and supporting internal stakeholders in effectively leveraging AI in their workflows.
Qualifications
- Ability to design, test, and optimize AI prompts for various use cases, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills, including clarity in instructions and the ability to translate domain needs into structured prompts.
- Basic understanding of AI tools, large language models, and their limitations, with willingness to learn new technologies.
- Attention to detail in reviewing AI outputs, identifying errors or biases, and documenting consistent prompt guidelines.
- Experience or interest in intellectual property, publishing, academic research, or health-related content is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Linguistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian for reading, writing, and understanding complex materials is an advantage.
