Position Details:

Reporting to: Executive Director
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm; flexibility required.
Location: Lake Worth, FL (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service to patients, staff, and leadership.

Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding paperwork and compliance.

Maintain and audit employee files to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

Monitor employee CEU (Continuing Education Unit) compliance and assist with training tracking and reporting.

Maintain and order office inventory, forms, and supplies.

Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently.

Manage internal and external mail distribution.

Support HR in annual benefits enrollment and general administrative tasks.

Screen and log all visitors upon arrival for safety and compliance.

Handle patient petty cash distribution and manage tobacco/cigarette order logistics.

Prepare patient property for discharge with accuracy and discretion.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in behavioral and/or mental health settings.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially UKG.
Associate’s degree or higher.
Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish speaking) are strongly encouraged to apply.
